This injector is specifically designed to work in daily drivers and they can deliver up to 85 hp/injector. It works very well on idle and lower injection amounts in other words normal engine usage 😄

On your mercedes turbodiesel om646-647-648 one of the most crucial upgrades to get more power are the injectors. These injectors are made to work with stock piston and thus being easy to use with many different stage builds. If you are looking for more horsepower please have a look at our race spec injectors. When buying these injectors, we give you the option of getting software that works too at a very much reduced price (only 200€!). This software is custom made for your specific injectors and you can be sure that it will delivered the right amount of fuel, at the right time, every time.

Ordering and installation

Product includes injectors only, seals and return lines etc. need to be bought separately.

  • Make sure that the injector mounting surface is clean, use steel brush with drill if needed.
  • Make sure that the injector seal is correct spec. We have best experience with stock seals (1,3mm)
  • Do not over-tighten the injectors, the stock spec. is 7Nm +90deg +90deg
  • Always use new bolts and new seals/washers
  • To utilize these injectors fully, car has to be remapped, this can happen in two ways, we send the remap file to you by email or you send your ecu to us for remapping.
