Description
This item is intended for people who want to make their own exhaust manifold. The 10mm thickness might seem like too much for some people, trust us – it is not. The flange is made from steel and can be used with both stainless or normal steel pipes. We have used this combination in many cars. Order heat shield for your turbine housing here.
Ordering and installation
- There is one extra hole at cylinder 1, closest to the front. To get proper seal at higher boost, drill and tap M8 to add a bolt to that place. We have had good experince with this method and we continue to use it.
- Use standard exhaust manifold seal, Victor reinz is preferred brand.
- When the exhaust manifold is finished, it should always be planed before usage.

Frequently Asked Questions
The extra hole has great impact on sealing and the cylinder head allows drilling and tapping in that place. This is done with M8 dimensions.
The flange is laser cut, when cutting the metal liquifies and creates some spatter on one side. To keep the exhaust manifold flange cheap for you, we have decided that you can clean it yourself in 5 minutes and save some money.
