Shipping Instructions
If you have purchased an ECU, injectors, turbo, or any other product that requires you to send your own items to us, please use the address below. Always include our email and phone number in the shipment information if possible, as we need to be informed when the shipment is on its way to us.
When sending a package to us, do not use parcel lockers. The package must be delivered directly to our address. Unfortunately, we do not have the time to collect shipments from various pickup points across the city.
If your shipment is coming from outside the EU, only use courier services such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. This ensures a much smoother customs clearance process. Additionally, make sure you understand how customs procedures work in your own country before sending the package. Handling customs issues can be challenging if it is unclear which party is responsible for specific duties.
Please note that when sending, for example, an ECU, its declared value should not match the price you pay us for programming. Instead, specify a reasonable value for a used item. For instance, if shipping from Norway, be aware that customs clearance becomes significantly more complicated if the declared product value exceeds 3000 NOK.
Please also include a note or message inside the package that clearly states who you are and your order number from our online store.
